Joseph Seeman’s work has been published in magazines such as Art Alternatives, Juxtapoz, Attaché (United Airline’s in-flight magazine), Miami New Times, Dallas Observer, Ocean Drive, South Florida, Tattoo Savage, Vogue and Spin. His work was commissioned for fashion designer Anna Sui’s 1995 line. As part of the burgeoning South Beach art scene of the early 90’s, Seeman collaborated with artist Tomata Du Plenty (former lead singer of seminal L.A. punk band The Screamers) and together they organized and exhibited in numerous shows. In 1994 Seeman was chosen to participate in North Miami’s Museum of Contemporary Arts’ “Monster Show”. In early 1996, Seeman moved to Dallas, Texas from his native Miami and earned a degree in Computer Animation from the Art Institute of Dallas. Seeman has participated in many group shows in the Dallas and Ft. Worth areas as well as a solo and group show in Los Angeles.
